Renault is expanding the R4 E-Tech lineup for the 2026 Paris Motor Show. All existing passenger-car versions receive aerodynamic changes such as an optimized underbody panel and new exterior mirrors. The variant with a 40-kWh battery and 90 kW reaches up to 310 km WLTP in Evolution trim at 14.7 kWh/100 km. With a 52-kWh battery and 110 kW, Evolution, Techno, Iconic and Roland-Garros can achieve up to 415 km WLTP at 14.4 kWh/100 km; the Plein Sud with folding fabric roof reaches up to 400 km WLTP at 14.9 kWh/100 km with the same battery and motor. Order books are opening for the Plein Sud introduced in the summer, and the Roland-Garros special edition based on the 52-kWh comfort version is also newly available to order. It is also available with the Plein-Sud fabric roof and includes, among other items, two-tone paint finishes, black pillars and roof arches, 18-inch alloy wheels and specific Terracotta Brown elements. For all passenger-car versions, prices fall immediately by 1,810 euros. The price list now starts at 27,690 euros for the 40-kWh version, while the E-Tech 150 Comfort Range starts at 30,690 euros.
The new Jogging base version is due to follow before the end of 2026. It uses an electric motor with 80 kW and an LFP battery with 36.5 kWh of usable capacity; Renault quotes up to 305 km of range and 10.2 seconds for 0 to 100 km/h. Standard equipment is set to include manual air conditioning, a 7-inch instrument display, a 10.1-inch multimedia screen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, rear parking sensors, 18-inch steel wheels, a reversing camera and manually activated battery preconditioning. The onboard charger manages a maximum of 6.6 kW, while up to 80 kW is possible at a fast charger; 10 to 80 percent is said to be achievable there in 25 minutes. Renault has not yet named a price for the Jogging. On the technical side, all R4 models gain a high-resolution reversing camera, more widely available manual battery preconditioning, a predictive Eco driving assistant, an emergency stop assistant, eCall with 4G and 5G, a ventilated Qi2 charger and the new Smart driving mode. For commercial customers, Renault is adding the N1 panel van Extra to the Renault 4 Van Advance, to be offered in France, Spain, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands and Italy. It provides 1,045 liters of load volume including a 55-liter compartment under the load floor and, depending on the battery, a maximum payload of 360 kg or 330 kg.
